Last updated: October 3, 2026

1. Provider and scope

These Terms of Use apply to the use of the Deepcut app and the associated website. The provider is:

Pavlos Thomos
Vouni Apps
c/o Block Services
Stuttgarter Str. 106
70736 Fellbach
Germany

Email: info@vouniapps.com
Support: support@vouniapps.com

By registering, you agree to these Terms.

2. What Deepcut is

Deepcut is a rating network for albums, songs, and artists. You can rate music, mark it as a favorite, comment on it, sort it into lists, and see what others are rating. Deepcut is not a streaming service: no songs are stored or played.

3. Your account

To use Deepcut, you need an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your password secure; do not share your login credentials with anyone.

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you need the consent of your parent or legal guardian to register.

Only one account per person is permitted. Accounts may not be sold, rented, or transferred.

4. Your content

You retain the rights to your ratings, notes, lists, and comments. You grant us a simple, non-exclusive right to display this content to other users in the app, free of charge and limited to the operation of Deepcut. This right ends as soon as you delete the content in question or your account.

You represent that you hold the necessary rights to all content you publish.

5. Prohibited content: zero tolerance

The following content is expressly prohibited in comments, profiles, lists, and anywhere else in the app:

We have a zero-tolerance policy: violations result in the immediate removal of the content and may result in the permanent suspension of the account.

6. Reporting, blocking, and moderation

Every comment and every profile has a Report button. You can also block other users: their content will then no longer be shown to you, and they can no longer respond to your posts.

Reported content is automatically hidden once it has been reported multiple times, and is then reviewed by us.

We review every report and respond within 24 hours. Confirmed violations are removed; the responsible account is warned or suspended.

You can also report content outside the app, informally by email to info@vouniapps.com. Please state which post or profile is concerned and why you believe it is unlawful or violates these Terms. This address is also our point of contact for notices under Art. 16 of the Digital Services Act (DSA); the languages of communication are German and English.

If you believe a decision we have made is wrong (for example, the removal of a post or the suspension of your account), you may object to it within six months at info@vouniapps.com. We will then review the case again and explain the reasons for the outcome.

7. Deepcut Premium

Certain features are reserved for a paid subscription (“Deepcut Premium”). Using Deepcut without Premium is and will remain free of charge.

8. Music data and concerts

Artists, albums, and songs come from the Apple Music catalog. We do not store or distribute songs and do not alter any cover art; cover art is displayed exclusively via Apple's official web address. Concert dates come from Ticketmaster. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or availability of this third-party data; tickets are purchased exclusively from Ticketmaster.

9. Privacy

Which data we process and what rights you have are set out in the Privacy Policy. We do not use trackers or advertising networks.

10. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time, without giving reasons, directly in the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. Your ratings, lists, and comments will be permanently removed. You must cancel any active subscription separately through your Apple account (see Section 7).

11. Suspension by us

In the event of violations of these Terms (in particular of Section 5), we may remove content, restrict features, and suspend the account temporarily or permanently. We will inform you of the measure and the reason for it, to the extent we are legally permitted to do so. Section 6 explains how to object.

12. Availability and liability

Deepcut is provided in the version available at any given time. There is no entitlement to constant availability; maintenance, outages, and changes to third-party services may cause interruptions.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body, or health. In cases of simple negligence, we are liable only for the breach of an obligation whose fulfillment is essential to the proper performance of the contract and on whose observance you may regularly rely, and our liability is limited in amount to the damage typically foreseeable for this type of contract. Liability under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz) remains unaffected.

We are not liable for content published by users; however, we remove such content without undue delay once we become aware of it (see Section 6).

13. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms, for example if features or the legal situation change. In the event of material changes, we will ask for your consent again the next time you open the app. If you do not consent, you can delete your account.

14. Final provisions

These Terms are governed by German law. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you habitually reside remain unaffected.

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Should any provision be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
