1) Information on the Collection of Personal Data and Contact Details of the Controller
1.1 We are pleased that you are using our application (hereinafter “App”). In the following, we inform you about the handling of your personal data when using our App. In this context, personal data means all data with which you can be personally identified.
1.2 The controller responsible for data processing with regard to this App within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is Pavlos Thomos, Vouni Apps, c/o Block Services, Stuttgarter Str. 106, 70736 Fellbach, Germany, Phone: +49 221 29257361, Email: info@vouniapps.com. The controller responsible for the processing of personal data is the natural or legal person who, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.
1.3 For security reasons and to protect the transmission of personal data and other confidential content (e.g., orders or inquiries to the controller), this App uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the character string “https://” and the lock symbol in your browser bar.
2) Use of Single Sign-On Procedures
Apple Sign-In
In our App, we provide a single sign-on function of the following provider: Apple Distribution International (Apple), Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland
If you have an account with the provider, you can log in with this account data in order to create a user account or to register on our website.
When you visit this page, a direct connection between your browser and the provider's servers may be established via this login function, even if you do not have an account with the provider or are not logged into one. The provider thereby receives the information that you have visited our page. The information collected in this respect (including your IP address, if applicable) is transmitted by your browser directly to a server of the provider and stored there. However, the information is not used to identify you personally and is not passed on to third parties.
These data processing operations are carried out pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in a user-friendly and interactive design of our online presence.
If you press the login button in order to register on our website with the data of your account with the provider, the provider transmits to us, exclusively on the basis of your express consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, the general and publicly accessible information stored in your account (user ID, name, address, email address, age and gender).
We store and use the data transmitted by the provider to set up a user account with the necessary data (salutation, first name, last name, address data, country, email address, date of birth), provided that you have released this data to the provider. Conversely, on the basis of your consent, data (e.g., information about your browsing or purchasing behavior) may be transferred by us to your account with the provider.
The consent given may be withdrawn vis-à-vis us at any time with effect for the future.

We have no influence on this data collection and are not responsible for it. We process the data only to the extent necessary for downloading the mobile App to your mobile device.
When you use our mobile App, we collect the personal data described below in order to enable convenient use of the function. If you wish to use our mobile App, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us in order to offer you the functions of our mobile App and to ensure stability and security:

- Amount of data transferred in bytes
- Source/referrer from which you reached the page
- Browser used
- Language and version of the browser software
- Operating system used and its interface
- IP address used (if applicable: in anonymized form)
The processing is carried out pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the stability and functionality of our App. The data is not passed on or used in any other way. However, we reserve the right to review the aforementioned log files retrospectively if there are concrete indications of unlawful use.
Furthermore, we require the unique number of your device (IMEI = International Mobile Equipment Identity), the unique number of the network subscriber (IMSI = International Mobile Subscriber Identity), your mobile phone number (MSISDN), possibly the MAC address for Wi-Fi use, and the name of your mobile device.

Further processing on servers other than the aforementioned Supabase servers takes place only within the scope set out below.
5) Cookies
In order to make our App attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, we use so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device. Some of the cookies we use are deleted again after the App is closed (so-called session cookies). Other cookies remain on your device and enable us to recognize you (so-called persistent cookies). If cookies are set, they collect and process certain user information to an individual extent, such as browser and location data as well as IP address values. Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a specified period, which may differ depending on the cookie.
In some cases, the cookies serve to simplify the operation of the App by saving settings. Insofar as personal data is also processed by individual cookies used by us, the processing is carried out pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for the performance of the contract, pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in the case of consent given, or pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR to safeguard our legitimate interests in the best possible functionality of the App and a customer-friendly and effective design of App use.
You can configure the settings of your mobile operating system and of the App according to your wishes and, for example, refuse the acceptance of third-party cookies or of all cookies. However, we would like to point out that in this case you may no longer be able to use all functions of our mobile App.
6) Use of Your Address Book, Calendar, Photos and Reminders
When you start using our mobile App, we ask you in a pop-up for permission to use your address book and/or calendar and/or your photos and/or reminders. If you do not give your consent, we will not use this data. In this case, you may not be able to use all functions of our App. You can give or withdraw your consent later in the settings of your operating system.
If you permit access to this data, the mobile App will only access your data and transfer it to our server to the extent necessary for providing the functionality. Your data will be treated confidentially by us and deleted if you revoke the right to use it or if it is no longer required for providing the service and there are no legal retention obligations. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.
7) Collection of Location Data
With consent
Our offering includes so-called location-based services, with which we provide you with special offers that are tailored to your respective location. You can only use this function after you have agreed via a pop-up that we may collect your location data via GPS and your IP address in anonymized form for the purpose of providing the service. You can allow or revoke the function at any time in the settings of the App or of your mobile operating system. Your location is only transmitted to us if, when using the App, you use functions that we can only offer you if we know your location.
8) Contacting Us
8.1 When you contact us (e.g., via a contact form or by email), personal data is collected. Which data is collected when a contact form is used can be seen from the respective contact form in the App. This data is stored and used exclusively for the purpose of responding to your request or for establishing contact and the associated technical administration. The legal basis for the processing of this data is our legitimate interest in responding to your request pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. If your contact is aimed at the conclusion of a contract, the additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Your data will be deleted after your request has been conclusively processed. This is the case if it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter concerned has been conclusively clarified and provided that no statutory retention obligations stand in the way.
8.2 - Brevo
For sending transactional emails, i.e., event-related messages that are triggered by a specific user interaction (for example: conclusion of a contract, registration or password reset), we use this provider: Brevo GmbH, Köpenicker Str. 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany
On the basis of our legitimate interest in effective and user-friendly email communication, we pass on the data you provide when carrying out such a user action to this provider pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, so that the provider handles the sending of emails on our behalf.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider that protects the data of our site visitors and prohibits disclosure to third parties.
9) Data Processing When Opening a Customer Account
Pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, personal data is furthermore collected and processed if you provide it to us for the performance of a contract or when opening a customer account. Which data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms. Deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can be effected by sending a message to the above-mentioned address of the controller. We store and use the data you provide for contract processing. After complete processing of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data will be blocked with regard to retention periods under tax and commercial law and deleted after these periods have expired, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we have reserved the right to a further use of data that is permitted by law, about which we inform you accordingly below.
10) Data Processing for Contract Processing
10.1 For the processing of contracts concluded via the App, we work together with the following service provider(s), who support us in whole or in part in the performance of concluded contracts. Certain personal data is transmitted to these service providers in accordance with the following information.
The personal data collected by us will be passed on to the transport company commissioned with the delivery as part of the contract processing, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods. As part of the payment processing, we pass on your payment data to the commissioned credit institution, if applicable, insofar as this is necessary for the processing of payments. If payment service providers are used, we inform you of this explicitly below. The legal basis for passing on the data is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
10.2 - RevenueCat
For in-app payments, the payment and order processing is carried out via the provider RevenueCat Inc., 300 Euclid Avenue San Francisco, CA 94118, USA, to whom we pass on the information you provided during the ordering process together with the information about your order.
Your data is passed on pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR exclusively for the purpose of payment and order processing and only to the extent necessary for this purpose. We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider, by which we oblige the provider to protect the data of the App users and not to pass it on to third parties.
For the transfer of data to the USA, the provider relies on standard contractual clauses of the European Commission, which are intended to ensure compliance with the European level of data protection.
Further information on data protection at RevenueCat can be found here: https://www.revenuecat.com
11) Registration in the App
You can register in our App by providing personal data. Which personal data is processed for the registration is determined by the input mask used for the registration. We use the so-called double opt-in procedure for registration, i.e., your registration is only completed once you have first confirmed your sign-up by clicking on the link contained in a confirmation email sent to you for this purpose. If your confirmation in this regard is not received within 24 hours, your sign-up will automatically be deleted from our database. Providing the aforementioned data is mandatory. You can provide all other information voluntarily by using our portal.
When you use our App, we store your data required for the performance of the contract, including any information on the method of payment, until you permanently delete your access. Furthermore, we store the data you provide voluntarily for the duration of your use of the portal, unless you delete it beforehand. You can manage and change all information in the protected customer area. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
In addition, we store all content published by you (such as public posts, pinboard entries, guestbook entries, etc.) in order to operate the App. We have a legitimate interest in providing the App with the complete user-generated content. The legal basis for this is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. If you delete your account, your statements published in particular in the forum will remain visible to all readers, but your account will no longer be accessible. All other data will be deleted in this case.
12) Comment Function
As part of the comment function in our App, in addition to your comment, information on the time the comment was created and the commenter name you have chosen are stored and published in this App. Furthermore, your IP address is logged and stored. This storage of the IP address is carried out for security reasons and in the event that the data subject violates the rights of third parties or posts unlawful content through a submitted comment. We need your email address in order to contact you if a third party should object to your published content as unlawful. The legal bases for the storage of your data are Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. We reserve the right to delete comments if they are objected to as unlawful by third parties.
You as a user can subscribe to follow-up comments. You will receive a confirmation email for this purpose so that it can be ensured that you are the owner of the email address provided (double opt-in procedure). The legal basis for the data processing in the case of subscribing to comments is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can unsubscribe from ongoing comment subscriptions at any time with effect for the future; for more detailed information on the option to unsubscribe, please refer to the confirmation email.
13) Use of Plugins for Video, Audio and Music Playback
Apple Music
This App integrates functions of the following music service provider for playing music tracks and displaying covers and metadata: Apple Distribution International (Apple), Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland
When you use the App, this integration may establish a direct connection between your device and the provider's servers, even if you do not have an account with the provider or are not logged in to one.
The provider thereby receives the information that you are using our App. The information collected in this process (possibly including your IP address) is transmitted directly from your device to a server of the provider and stored there. However, this information is not used to identify you personally and is not passed on to third parties.
If you are logged in to a user account with the provider while using our App, the provider can assign your use of our App to this account. If you do not want such an assignment to your account, you must log out before using the App.
The data processing described above is carried out in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in an appealing acoustic and visual design of our App.

- Right of access pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR: In particular, you have a right of access to information about your personal data processed by us, the purposes of processing, the categories of personal data processed, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period or the criteria for determining the storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, complaint to a supervisory authority, the origin of your data if it was not collected by us from you, the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, if applicable, meaningful information about the logic involved and the scope and intended effects of such processing concerning you, as well as your right to be informed about which safeguards pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR exist when your data is transferred to third countries;
- Right to rectification pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR: You have a right to the rectification without undue delay of inaccurate data concerning you and/or the completion of your incomplete data stored by us;
- Right to erasure pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR: You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data if the conditions of Art. 17(1) GDPR are met. However, this right does not exist in particular if the processing is necessary for exercising the right of freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims;
- Right to restriction of processing pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR: You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data as long as the accuracy of your data, which you dispute, is being verified, if you refuse the erasure of your data due to impermissible data processing and instead request the restriction of the processing of your data, if you need your data for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims after we no longer need this data once the purpose has been achieved, or if you have lodged an objection on grounds relating to your particular situation, as long as it has not yet been determined whether our legitimate grounds prevail;
- Right to notification pursuant to Art. 19 GDPR: If you have asserted the right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing vis-à-vis the controller, the controller is obliged to communicate this rectification or erasure of the data or restriction of processing to all recipients to whom the personal data concerning you has been disclosed, unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. You have the right to be informed about these recipients.

In the event of withdrawal, we will delete the data concerned without undue delay, unless further processing can be based on a legal basis for processing without consent. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the withdrawal;
- Right to lodge a complaint pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR: If you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you infringes the GDPR, you have, without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
15.2 RIGHT TO OBJECT
IF, IN THE CONTEXT OF A BALANCING OF INTERESTS, WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA ON THE BASIS OF OUR OVERRIDING LEGITIMATE INTEREST, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT AT ANY TIME TO OBJECT TO THIS PROCESSING WITH EFFECT FOR THE FUTURE ON GROUNDS RELATING TO YOUR PARTICULAR SITUATION.
IF YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT TO OBJECT, WE WILL STOP PROCESSING THE DATA CONCERNED. HOWEVER, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO FURTHER PROCESSING IF WE CAN DEMONSTRATE COMPELLING LEGITIMATE GROUNDS FOR THE PROCESSING WHICH OVERRIDE YOUR INTERESTS, FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS AND FUNDAMENTAL FREEDOMS, OR IF THE PROCESSING SERVES THE ESTABLISHMENT, EXERCISE OR DEFENSE OF LEGAL CLAIMS.
IF YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED BY US FOR THE PURPOSE OF DIRECT MARKETING, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT AT ANY TIME TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA CONCERNING YOU FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUCH MARKETING. YOU CAN EXERCISE THE OBJECTION AS DESCRIBED ABOVE.
IF YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT TO OBJECT, WE WILL STOP PROCESSING THE DATA CONCERNED FOR DIRECT MARKETING PURPOSES.
16) Duration of Storage of Personal Data
The duration of the storage of personal data is determined by the respective legal basis, by the purpose of processing and, where relevant, additionally by the respective statutory retention period (e.g., retention periods under commercial and tax law).
When personal data is processed on the basis of express consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, the data concerned is stored until you withdraw your consent.
If there are statutory retention periods for data that is processed in the context of legal-transactional or quasi-legal-transactional obligations on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, this data will be routinely deleted after the retention periods have expired, provided that it is no longer required for the performance or initiation of the contract and/or there is no longer any legitimate interest on our part in its continued storage.
When personal data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, this data is stored until you exercise your right to object under Art. 21(1) GDPR, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
When personal data is processed for the purpose of direct marketing on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, this data is stored until you exercise your right to object under Art. 21(2) GDPR.
Unless otherwise stated in the other information in this statement on specific processing situations, stored personal data will otherwise be deleted when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed.
Additional information
Supabase, Brevo and RevenueCat are each named individually in the legally reviewed text above. The following notice is voluntary: according to a legal review (IT-Recht Kanzlei, September 9, 2026), no processing of personal data takes place in this context, so it would not have to be included in the privacy policy. We mention it anyway so that you know what happens.
Ticketmaster (concert search)
If you use the concert feature, the city that you have selected or that was determined from your approximate location (never your precise location) is transmitted via our server to the Ticketmaster Discovery API of Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. in order to show concerts near you. Neither your name nor your email address, user ID, device ID or IP address is transmitted in this process: vis-à-vis Ticketmaster, only our server acts as the caller. Ticket purchases take place exclusively on Ticketmaster's pages.
